The HTMA-SC is holding a conference in Charleston, SC on April 24th, 2025, at the Trident Technical College. We will offer educational classes for technicians and managers and ample opportunity to socialize with other HTM Professionals from South Carolina and beyond. An exhibit hall will feature our corporate sponsors and exhibitors.
The cost for HTMA-SC attendees will be free due to your generous and continued support.

Early Setup will be at 12:00 PM Wednesday(23rd) and will go till 4:00 PM. After join us for our social hour after from 6:00PM-9:00PM at Holy City Brewing - North Charleston, SC. Address- 1021 Aragon Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405
On Thursday, we will have a full day of training and networking in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors hall will be open to attendees at 8:00am. Vendors can breakdown at 2:30pm and are welcome to stay for afternoon educational sessions and Happy Hour and Door Prizes at 4:15 for additional networking opportunities.

- Any return shipments must be shipping ready and have a completed Shipping label complete with account. Return shipments will go out the following business day

A table and 2 chairs are provided. Booths that need electricity must notify us at the time of registration.
Attendees will be provided a bingo card and must visit all vendor booths to be eligible for raffle prizes. Prizes will be raffled off in the Exhibitor Hall during happy hour/door prize giveaways. Please notify us at registration or reach out to Kaylee if you are interested in donating door prizes, sponsoring an educational session, and/or contributing to lunch/snacks. Contributions are always welcome and will be recognized at the symposium. (Must be fully registered by April 11 to be included on bingo card)
