Biomedical Equipment Technicians – BMET’s – Traveling Consultants
Nationwide Opportunities (Main Focus: California, New York, Texas)
All Inclusive Medical Solutions are looking for experienced Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMET I, II, III) to fill Interim/Contract positions with some of the largest hospitals, Third-Party ISO’s and OEM’s in the country. These jobs are located throughout the United States so being able to travel is required.
Responsibilities of the Biomedical Equipment Technician
· Maintain records, document service and coordinate service within their department.
· Provide technical upgrades.
· Provide preventive maintenance.
· Disassemble and reassemble complex medical devices.
· Troubleshoot equipment.
· Follow up with key accounts.
· Provide professional expertise to end users.
Requirements of the Biomedical Equipment Technician- BMET
· An associate degree from an accredited school in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering, or DOD certification or equivalent experience.
· 3-20 years’ experience servicing biomedical medical equipment.
· Must have strong electromechanical and people/ communication skills.
· Must be willing to travel (for the Interim/ Contract BMET roles).
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
· Must have good attention to detail skills.
Contract Length:
· 3-6 months
